Developed a command-line (terminal-based) application to manage non-teaching staff records.
Implemented full CRUD operations (Create, Read, Update, Delete) for staff data.
Used File Handling (CSV) to store and retrieve records.
Tested and debugged the program to ensure smooth execution and error handling.
